Starting Thursday, Seattle car-sharers will have to pay a nearly 10-percent car rental tax. They say they’re being penalized for doing the right thing for the environment.

Out of compact cars, so I got an upgrade at 2 am when I arrived LATE at PDX from New York. The lady was very sympathetic, and from Alabama, and so we talked about that for a little bit and then she gave me the keys and said, "It's red, you won't be able to miss it."
Uh, yeah.
